Terms of Service

Welcome to LTNS (the Life-Transition Navigation System), created by Caleb Allen. By creating an account or using LTNS, you agree to these Terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the service.

1. Guidance, not professional advice

LTNS helps you organize and think through life transitions. It provides general guidance only. It is not medical, mental-health, legal, financial, tax or career-counseling advice, and it does not replace a qualified professional. Always use your own judgment and consult an appropriate professional before making important decisions.

2. AI can make mistakes

Plans, tasks, maps and chat replies are generated by artificial intelligence. They may be incomplete, out of date or wrong. Please double-check anything important, especially deadlines, legal requirements and financial figures.

3. If you are in crisis

LTNS is not an emergency or crisis service. If you are in danger or thinking about harming yourself, call or text 988 (Suicide & Crisis Lifeline, US), text HOME to 741741, call 911, or visit findahelpline.com for support in your country.

4. Your account

• You must be at least 18 years old to use LTNS.
• Please provide accurate information and keep your password safe. You're responsible for activity on your account.
• You can stop using LTNS at any time and ask us to delete your account.

5. Acceptable use

Please don't:

• Use LTNS for anything illegal, harmful or abusive.
• Try to break, overload, reverse-engineer or gain unauthorized access to the service.
• Use automated tools to scrape or flood the service, or try to manipulate the AI into producing harmful content.
• Share another person's private information without their permission.

We may suspend accounts that break these rules.

6. Enterprise accounts

If your organization invited you, your organization's administrators can see only aggregated, anonymous statistics (for example, how many members are active). They cannot see your individual transitions, plans, tasks or chats. See our Privacy Policy.

7. Your content

You own what you write in LTNS. You give us permission to store and process it only to run the service for you, including sending it to our AI provider to generate your plans and replies.

8. Beta service and availability

LTNS is in early access. Features may change, and the service may occasionally be unavailable. LTNS is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind.

9. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent allowed by law, LTNS and its creator are not liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential damages, or for decisions you make based on information from the service.

10. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms. If we make important changes, we'll let you know in the app or by email.
