Privacy Policy

Your transitions are personal. This policy explains, in plain language, what LTNS collects, why, and the choices you have. LTNS is created and operated by Caleb Allen.

1. What we collect

• Account details: your name, email address and a securely hashed password (we never store your actual password).
• Your transition information: your answers during onboarding, and the plans, tasks, milestones and map we create with you.
• Chats: messages you send to the LTNS navigator and its replies.
• Feedback: anything you send through the “Send feedback” button.
• Basic technical data: such as IP address, used briefly to protect against abuse (for example, too many login attempts).

2. How we use it

• To run LTNS for you: create your plan, map and tasks, and answer your questions.
• To send essential emails, like confirming your email address or resetting your password.
• To keep the service safe and to improve it based on feedback.

3. AI processing

To generate plans and replies, the relevant parts of your information are sent to a third-party AI provider that processes it on our behalf. Please avoid sharing highly sensitive details you don't need to (such as full account numbers or government ID numbers).

4. What we never do

• We do not sell your personal information.
• We do not use your information for advertising.

5. Enterprise accounts

If you joined through your organization, administrators see only aggregated, anonymous statistics. They can never see your individual transitions, plans, tasks or chats.

6. Security

We use reasonable safeguards, including hashed passwords, encrypted connections, email verification and limits on repeated login attempts. No system is perfectly secure, but we take protecting your information seriously.

7. Your choices

• You can view and update your information in the app.
• You can ask us to delete your account and all your data at any time by emailing us.

8. Children

LTNS is intended for adults aged 18 and over.

9. Changes

We may update this policy. If we make important changes, we'll let you know in the app or by email.
